Doesn't do what it says it would

Without any error messages or other alerts it simply does not move buyers as non-subscribers into our MC account; it doesn't display an opt-in at checkout; it doesn't tell us if anything isn't working with the connection... yet it clearly isn't; and it's permanently asking us to complete the integration as per the "Marketing" tab, yet the main Mailchimp dashboard says "You’re on your way!"... whatever that means. Fun. NOT!

Several attempts to log in / register - no email from them, no offer to create a password but they still ask me for a password. Recovery doesn't work either. Waste of time.

It's OK but can slow things down

We've found this plugin variable. It's great to have audience behavior synchronized. But with many thousands of customer and orders synching that data to the Mailchimp servers can be sluggish and create an overhead during checkout. The abandoned cart functionality this offers is promising. However we've also found that the inability to differentiate between a "bailed" vs a "failed" order is problematic. Sending a chirpy marketing email as part of an abandoned cart sequence when the customer experienced a problem is irksome to the customer. It would also help to synchronize a customer's location from our store to Mailchimp because some items cannot be shipped to certain countries. This meant that the abandoned cart functionality became a blunt instrument for us rather than an eloquent marketing tool. Mailchimp is great. This plugin could be a lot better as a marketing tool.

It's easy to use and it works, also the support is great!

This plugin is easy to use and it works really well. Also, the support is great: I had an issue with promo codes syncronization and the support solved my issue in just a few days :-)

So, it's really great!

Severe Performance Issues – Has collapsed my server twice

This is the second time this plugin has collapsed my server. The first time was during a sync, and now, after archiving a large contact list in Mailchimp, the plugin started receiving an overwhelming number of requests, maxing out my server's CPU at 100%. This made my website nearly unusable and caused significant downtime.

Take care with this this plugin, it could cause serious performance problems.

Causes widespread failure of your website by overloading scheduled actions

As has been reported for 3 years in the forums, this plugin will crash your server and cause your website to collapse due to overloading the Action Scheduler. There is no fix nor workaround, and never once has Mailchimp resolved any of the forum topics complaining about this.

Hace un tiempo que esperaba un cambio por parte de los desarrolladores del plugin Mailchimp para Woocommerce. Nueva versión, relooking pero si dejando mucho que desear la sincronización de WC con Mailchimp.

Problemas en 2 tiendas diferentes y todos relacionados con la sincronización de pedidos, contactos...

Estoy buscando alternativas a Mailchimp, tristemente porque llevo años usando sus servicios y conozco su plataforma como la palma de mi mano. Pero no puede ser que haya tantos problemas y que no se resuelvan. Estaréis más centrados en la integración con Shopify que en los usuarios de Wordpress/Woocommerce.

Syncing process is not good

The plugin works fine, but the syncing is too slow. It takes 3 to 4 weeks while many other background processes are disturbed. Even simple analytics of Woo orders are delayed.

Reached out to support 4 times, same answer, this is normal behaviour.

After 4 weeks, the store syncing got stuck. I disconnected with the checkbox "keep data".

All data was lost, and the syncing process has to be restarted again. Support has been poor. Not that there was no communication, but there was no solution.

And the issues persisted. So, I now downgraded my review to one single start.
