Good error log tool

My other email plugin was good at keeping logs, but I couldn't resolve why all my server-launched emails weren't sending. I had to scroll through the logs weekly to identify which emails went out and which did not, and resend them manually. Not only can I be worry-free because all the emails are going out again as they should, with WP Mail SMTP, but the log has more information, like if an email has failed, if it has been opened, or clicked on. It's great!

I was using the free version of the pluigin, but ran into problems where my emails weren't being sent out. I purchased a Pro license and entered a support ticket. Within an hour I received a reply that pinpointed where the issue was (even though it wasn't a problem with the WP Mail SMTP plugin) and was able to resolve it.

With this kind of great support we will definitely be renewing our license, and I recommend this plugin wholeheartedly.
