Payments are taken twice - not redirected

After the transaction succeed on checkout page, the user is not redirected to success page but remains on checkout page.
This means that user can make another transaction since he is not sure. It is possible to make as many transactions as you wish.
So, we must return money to customers bank accounts constantly.

Still not resolved the issue of payments taken twice. 2 orders came up on my stripe account but only one order through my website. I lost out as I had to return the monies to the customer. How on earth can an app allow a customer to pay twice and the seller only receive one order?

Their algorithm says my business doesn't comply with their policy while my direct competitors work with them. Impossible to reach support or a human being.
That says a lot about their support and the resources they devote to it.

My website was getting errors for a full day after a server upgrade and it turns out it was this plugin! Sitting for hours on the phone with a developer trying to figure out which plugin was the issue and causing 500/502 errors everywhere and as soon as we activated this plugin again it broke, deactivated it and everything worked perfectly...except now we need a new payment gateway.

Frequent new bugs appear with nearly every update, often resurfacing recurring issues, like the duplicate issue (duplicate orders, emails, notes etc.), which repeatedly impacts one of the most critical parts of the website—the checkout process.
