Even with all the paid add-ons, you'd still struggle to customise this plugin to suit your needs. So restrictive - it really sucks.

They've been very helpful in sorting out the CSS edits necessary for my particular application.

I wanted to have the calendar on the Pavilion's website default to showing only Pavilion events. The AI agent suggested using the filter feature with the venue slug, but the link did not appear.

When Tristan took over, he was very understanding and genuinely interested in helping. He started by asking for more information so he could understand my situation. He was/is polite, patient, and wanted to resolve my question, which he did with flying colors. He got right back to me each time (I didn't have to wait days) with helpful information that built on what I had said, so I didn't have to repeat myself because I was talking to a support person who was perhaps not reading my email(s) thoroughly.

I have been very impressed with the free version of the plugin but still have a lot to learn about it.

When I found what I consider a minor glitch, I submitted a support topic and was pleasantly surprised to get a prompt and courteous response. Very nice.
