Tickets Pro Plugin - Unresolved Bugs and Slow Support

Here is a summary of the problems I have faced:
- Hardcoded English Text: The plugin has English text hardcoded within the code, requiring me to directly edit the code to display everything in Spanish. This is not a sustainable solution and makes translation difficult.
- Price Display Bug: When using Ticket Commerce with a discount, the price disappears from the header and event details. This bug has been confirmed by support after I opened two cases and provided a video demonstrating the issue. However, there is no commitment to fixing it, and I have been waiting for a solution for four months. The problem seems to be related to decimal and thousand separators: USD uses "." for decimals and "," for thousands, while EUR uses the opposite.
- Schema Errors: The generated schema has errors. Again, support has confirmed this as a bug without providing a solution.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the slow support and lack of commitment to resolving these issues. I have paid for the plugin until August, but I am seriously considering replacing it with another plugin if these problems are not addressed.
Terrible plugin - waste of time and money!

Just the worst plugin ever. Documentation is terrible, random bugs that have no solution. Useless functions that don't work as they should. Cumbersome and time consuming. Probably the worst plugin I had to work with in the past 15 years. Stay away at all cost!

A Lifesaver for My WordPress Event Calendar!

When I was deep in the trenches of my WordPress chaos trying to get my events to show up properly on my TADA website, I thought I was losing my mind (and maybe a little bit of hope). Enter Luan – my tech superhero from the support team at the Events Calendar!
Not only did Luan fix the issue with my Event Calendar, but they made the whole process feel like a breeze. In just a few steps, they walked me through everything with screenshots, explaining it in clear, non-techie language.

Great calendar, slow "premium" support

Does what it advertises for the most part. I paid for pro for a few things. We may leverage other pro features down the line.
- Recurring events is a must if you have weekly and monthly ongoing events.
- Shortcodes. These work good and there are a lot of great views you can place in widgets throughout the site.
- "Premium" support, which so far they don't respond very quickly and doesn't feel premium. They also advertise live support but I have yet to figure out how to access that, as it just always asks me to create a ticket. Even during business hours.
MemberPress integration has been a issue. Events don't recognize that they are protected and some views fail to render when it contains a protected event in a list. MemberPress says it's an issue with the plug-in. I have yet to get the support I need from Events Calendar to help with the issue.
