We have been using the Post SMTP plugin from WP Experts for some time on our website making sure our email messages and notifications get to where they are supposed to! A couple of days ago I needed to locate a copy of an invoice - Aqib's response to my call for help was prompt, friendly and accurate. Definitely a recommendation!

After 10 years using this (free) plugin on multiple production sites i had my 1st issue with an update.
The skills and fast response of there support are amazing!

I am very happy with Post SMTP, Excellent support and great plugin.

I used the plugin to help fix an issue where emails suddenly stopped being sent from my domain (after 8 years without issues). The process of connecting everything involved a lot of dashboards within Google that I wasn't familiar with. However, their support pages were exceptionally clear, and when I had an issue at the end, support (in this case Aqib Khan) got back to in a day and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it.

Had a few minor issues when first using this but Aqib was there to support me through this and helped to get it resolved even when one issue was not related to Post SMTP they were still there to provide advice and help to get the plugin working. Thanks again Aqib.

One of the sites I work on needs to send automated emails for folks who want to attend the online retreats. POST Smtp has really made it possible to assure that the emails are delivered properly. And, their customer service is excellent! I use it on almost all my sites!

Aqib provided excellent support and helped me in no time, even on the free plan. He responded faster than some of the support I have had for Pro plugins. He made some suggestions, and I was quickly able to get back to normaul.

In version 3.0, the new dashboard is nice, but you shouldn't change the background color using the #wpcontent ID, as it affects all pages, including those that aren't yours.

I have used many mail plugins for WordPress however, this plugin is the best option so far. This plugin actually works without using other mailer services if your hosting has a mailer!

Post SMTP is the clear winner.
