Fake free account, it is the best bad policy, the plugin seems good, but the policy is terrible, providing a free account and asking for a credit card for this is the same as scamming people.

It needs a credit card for the free version and doesn't tell you until the very end. I didn't try it but that's not how "freemium" should work.

I have never used wordpress reviews but this trash plugin which requires a 3rd party signup and then a credit card information to get a free plan

and after all of these unnecessary steps their templates are not working and whenever you choose a template a completely different template shows up

Credit card required for free tariff, which is concealed until the last step of registration. Very bad practice.

I owned this plugin 10 years ago and it was great then. Just installed it again after about a 6 year break and the features/functionality are WAY better (and it was good back then!). The customer support was extremely helpful in getting my first campaigns up and running. Highly recommend!
