I recently submitted a complicated conditional question about triggering email notifications. Support was on top of it and solved my issue within a day. They even responded outside the normal operating hours. FIIIIVE STARS!

With one email, the problem was solved. I needed to downgrade to 3.10.1 to solve a miscalculation issue with the recipient's email.
