Wordpress has a "subscriber" user role. Why not use this in your plugin, instead of doubling up functionality and adding yet more tables into the Wordpress database? In order to use this plugin, we'd need to export all our subscribers and then reimport them into Newsletter. Also means it won't work with LearnDash or Memberpress.

This is a difficult one. While the plugin is great and offers really a lot, the support is horrible. Even as a premium user you might have to wait days or weeks for an answer. This is why I can't give more than 3 stars. Update (10.01.25): I've just changed my review from 3 stars to 1 star. Why is that? Again, the plugin works great, and I haven't encountered many problems. However, there is almost no support. Even worse: They are pretty rude and arrogant, even if you make some sensible suggestions. Having said this: If you're willing (and able) to solve problems on your own, you will probably like the plugin. If you are a less experienced user or even a pro be warned: support is horrible.

I never review anything. I didn't even have a WordPress.org account… But I created one just to write this review.

This is the easiest to use, most stable & feature rich – not to mention incredibly affordable – email/newsletter plug-in available for WordPress. I've tried close to a dozen and no other comes close to matching the ease and simplicity of Newsletter.

Whatever you're using now… Get rid of it and start using this. You won't regret it.

Best newsletter plugin so far

A great tool and above all a great service. We had a special challenge to generate a press distribution list. After a brief exchange in the forum, the idea behind it was understood and the function was available after the next update. A service like this is excellent. Thank you very much!

After having tested several newsletter plugins, I have to say I stuck with this one and have been using it on 3 of my client sites, for a year now..

Keep up the good work, this plugin is awesome.

easy to set up by it self, adding smt was a little more challenging for me (wanted to future proof)

ended up with adding Bravo for smt and feel confident about the setup
