Wasn't quite sure how to use it, but once I figured it out my website has improved on Google Page Speed tests. Still not scoring 100, but usually in the 90s. I'm sure if I tweaked the settings a bit more I could get there.

Interface could be simpler I have to remember where to find purge all each time I use it. But that could be me as on some sites it is in the admin top bar so easy to find

This plugin tries to serve beginners and pros alike. I'm a pro, so I thought I'd give it a hard ride. Bad idea. Anything that involves JS or CSS combining, and auto-inline scripting etc. broke my site. I tried 2-3 times. I tried the CDN, didn't see much improvement on page speed insights.

All and all lost a good 20 hours.
