horrible!
- the "optimizer" only appears if you user the "list" style in the gallery. so here I am wasting life scrolling thousands of images, and clicking a docen times in the image lookig how optimizing an image to discover it doesn't show because I don't like the gallery in "list" style... stupid.
- I can't select how much I want to compress an image, yeah 60% is nice but the result sucks
- If I were you, I would avoid any bulk action
- I use it only because boss paid for elementor pro
Quick, reliable, and fast

I've tried a few image optimization plugins before, but this one is by far the best. It’s quick, reliable, and my site loads way faster now.
Definitely recommend!

I’ve been using Image Optimizer for a few months, and it’s really made a difference. My site is so much faster now, and I didn’t even have to compromise on image quality. Definitely recommend!
The most seamless image optimization for websites
By Selin Romano (selinrmn) on May 29, 2025
I’m amazed at how much faster my website is now. Image Optimizer does a fantastic job with no noticeable loss in image quality.
Surprisingly Excellent :O

I was sceptic, but it did a great job!
And it actually more cost-effective than other tools (as long as you don't need unlimited pack)
fails to establish a connection.

My PHP version and server configuration are all fine, but this plugin still fails to establish a connection. The issue seems to be on the plugin’s side. Please address this problem promptly.
Meh.

Pics end up way more blurry than I'd like for a graphic design site.
Really slow down admin panel

When active, slows down the whole admin panel.
requires subscription to do much

There are no options on how lossy (compression level) to use, all you can pick is Lossy and Lossless. 2nd, it only optimizes 200 images without a paid plan, which is just silly and is reached after just optimizing like 5 images because likely you have a dozen of other thumb sizes that it's going to do (optionally) and each one of those counts towards your quota. 3rd, it's very slow (at least on my GoGeek siteground plan) when it optimizes and takes a minute even when I've selected to optimize none of the thumbnails but just the original. This seems overly slow for running image compression on a single image size.
