I was inquiring about how the optimisation calculation work. I have 4 files in my media section, but they are saying it's 26, so I went onto Live Chat to get help to understand how they come up with that number, because, if they are charging for way more image optimisations then what I have, then it does not seem to be fair.
Right, so the agent in the live chat just asked for access to be shared and then just walked off, no further communication. Unfortunately, I don't have time to wait for someone to look into it, instead, I will be looking at Imagify or other alternatives. I did mention, that I am interested into buying this plugin, but the agent was not interested to help with this sale.

Image Optimizer is truly amazing! At first, I hesitated to purchase it because I used to compress my images manually via a website, but with Image Optimizer, it’s so much more convenient. You don’t have to worry about a thing. It saves a lot of time.

Well worth the money spent. Easy to use and very efficient. You really don't need to do anything once it's installed and setup.

Nasty, vulgar, disgusting plugin. It changed the names of my images, then the images in the articles were not displayed. When I used the button to restore the original images, the names remained changed and they were no longer displayed. It can only optimize a few images for free.

J'ai acheté le plugin Image Optimizer en pensant simplifier l'optimisation des images sur mon site WordPress, mais l'expérience a été désastreuse. Le plugin ne fonctionne pas correctement, et malgré mes efforts pour résoudre le problème avec l'aide du support technique, rien n'a été fait.

Le support est lent, peu réactif, et j'ai eu l'impression de tourner en rond avec différents interlocuteurs, sans aucune solution concrète. J'ai même demandé un remboursement, mais ma demande est restée sans réponse.

Pour un plugin payant, on s'attend à un minimum de fiabilité et à un support client compétent. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas le cas ici.

Je déconseille fortement ce produit à quiconque cherche une solution sérieuse et efficace. C'est une perte de temps et d'argent.
