Easy, quick and helpful

We made the switch from WP statistics and Burst is a nice clean plugin. We had some issues down and after some testing figured out that in our case when we enable 'Turbo mode' our stats tracking slowed down immensely compared to Google Analytics. Maybe a bug or some kind of incompatibility with our WP Rocket plugin settings.

When searching through the documents is was hard to pinpoint exact exclusion paths to exclude js if there are any needed in the cache settings. The docs need some improvement showing users (novice) exactly what the whole plugin path might be. Otherwise you are losing time search via FTP.

But really like the interface and plugin, so hope more improvements come. At the moment still on the fence to upgrade to Pro. And for now a 4 stars.

I had an issue specific to my database setup. Hessel was quick to diagnose and send me a fix.

I had a problem displaying graphs and statistics due to a conflict with another plugin and asked for assistance, receiving a response very quickly. I was given a procedure to follow to identify the source of the error and I found and solved it in a few minutes, correcting a setting.

I manage a some clients sites and provide reports using g analytics, which since the g4 switch has been a nightmare. A client installed Burst analytics on a site and after looking at it can state I will be using this on clients sites moving forward, due to its ease of use and been able to see all the things I need in one dash. Support is also fast and professional. A+++
