The plugin allows you to create backups easily. However, when you try to import data, issues arise. First, you encounter misleading server status messages claiming that you need to upgrade to a premium hosting plan, even though there's no real issue. After increasing my server limits, I expected everything to work—but no, the import still failed.

I reached out to support, and their only solution was to purchase the paid extension, without offering a proper fix.

In short, the plugin functions, but only if you pay. If you don’t, it won’t work. Keep this in mind—it’s a sneaky tactic that can cause major frustrations!

It's like a hidden scam if they don't mention it's a paid plugin.

This plugin is straight-up a money trap. The so-called "upload limit" error in the free version is simpliy a lie.

No matter how much you tweak the settings, it'll keep telling you to increase the limit or buy the pro version just to upload your backup.

You can easily create a backup for free, but they don’t warn you about the nightmare waiting for you when you try to restore it. The moment you attempt to restore, bam—fake upload limit notice.

They’re banking on you being desperate enough to pay up because there’s no other way to get your backup back. Feels like a scam, wouldn’t recommend.

It used to be good, but they limited the plugin a lot, there are better options, I recommend researching.

They neglect to tell you when you use their app that you will have to to pay BIG TIME for ANOTHER APP to import your back-up. ( Unless you have a tiny website with zero media and plugins (few websites are less than 500mg)). I would never have used this if I had known.Now I'm stuck with back-ups that I can't import unless I pay through the nose. A DIVISIVE business model.

I previously gave this plugin 5 stars but have changed my mind, because I found out that regardless of how high an upload limit you set on your server, the plugin itself limits you to 512MB for importing a backed up site.

Worst is nowhere do they tell you this, you find out the hard way when you get an error trying to upload. It was actually ChatGPT that told me the plugin limits you this way (yes, for real) but the developers don't document it anywhere, they just try to get your $$$ after the fact.

Also when I reduced my backup size to 400Mb by deleting media files, it still did not work. It got to 100% importing and then gave a 500 error. I ended up manually transferring my files and database and will do so in the future.

Site too large for free version (695mb) but pro version made it easy.

This plugin is an absolute joke! It falsely claims that the host limits uploads to 100 MB and pushes their ‘Unlimited Extension’ as a solution to bypass this so-called restriction. However, this is not true! We removed all server-side limits, increased the upload limit to 2 GB, and successfully uploaded the backup via FTP. While the backup is displayed correctly in the plugin, it still forces you to purchase the paid extension to restore it. This is pure extortion and utterly unprofessional!

I'm happy to pay for something effective. This is by far the best migration tool on the market, very user-friendly, and worth every penny. Thank you!

I used this plugging before, without issues, but now it's just a nightmare.

I want to upload a backup of less than 250 MB, but it says that it's over the limit of 1024 MB of the host.

Seriously, this plugging is having an important bug or the developpers are trying to get more money with bad practices.

The plugin message after reaching 100%:

Your file exceeds the upload limit set by your host web server.
Our Unlimited Extension bypasses this!

File is 216 MB and all the manual changed are made to make it works. I worked fine like a few weeks ago, but now the plugin is having issues.

It just does not work at all. Neither the restore or transfer works.
